Founder, National American History and Founders Month Organization
Dr. London is the founder and president of National American History and Founders Month Organization (NAHFMO). Founded in 2019, NAHFMO’s mission is to create a lasting tradition of celebrating the founding history of America for all Americans.[1]. NAHFMO has worked with the White House and more than twenty U.S. state governors to secure official proclamations designating the month of November as "National American History & Founders Month". In 2020, President Donald J. Trump issued an official proclamation stating the following[2]:
“Throughout this month, we recommit to protecting the great American story, one of a Nation that has promoted liberty and ensured freedom for millions. We know that when we collectively recognize and cherish our history, we are made stronger as one people. The divine truth our Founders enshrined in the fabric of our Nation — that all people are created equal — will, if we cherish and protect it, ensure the blessings of unparalleled freedom and prosperity for all posterity.”
Today, NAHFMO is focused on supporting organizations celebrating the 250th Anniversary of America and preserving many of the great traditions that are being created. The organization continues to work with state and federal elected officials to ensure that November becomes a permanent home for celebrating American history and the contributions of our founding fathers.
