The Mohammed bin Rashid Arabic Language Award is a prestigious linguistic prize established in 2014 by Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai.   • Best initiative for Arabic language teaching to non-native speakers.

One of the notable entries in this category includes the "Kalemon Curriculum Initiative" (Minhaj Kalemon) — an Arabic language education program designed for non-native speakers, presented by the *Kalemon Educational Services Foundation* from the Arab Republic of Egypt. This initiative exemplifies curriculum innovation, cultural integration, and pedagogical excellence, and has contributed significantly to the global spread of Arabic language learning.
