- ^ As part of my continual and enthusiastic ascent of the Wikipedia:Manual of Style learning curve, I recently realised (by reading WP:CITEVAR and WP:TEMPLATEREFS) that formatted citations without templates can be correct on Wikipedia as long as citation style is consistent throughout the article! (I had previously thought the use of citation templates was encouraged/expected.) So, the citations at Acre tody-tyrant needed unifying rather than correcting. Good to know!
