Shalom, I am Syazwi Irfan, I am an Modern Orthodox Jew and my Jewish name is Melech (Hebrew: מלך) which means King in Hebrew, which is mostly based on the fact my name sounds similar to the Persian word Shah which also means King in Persian.

I am Bruneian-Malaysian-Indonesian, as I am mainly Kedayan, Lun Bawang and Murut, which come from Brunei, Indonesia and Malaysia.

I converted to Judaism in 11th May 2025.
