Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions; however, it appears you may have written a Wikipedia article, or a draft for a Wikipedia article, about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – please see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Notable people who have edited Wikipedia). If you wish to add to or change an existing article about yourself, you are welcome to propose the changes by visiting the article's talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was the page I created deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss this with the deleting administrator. Thank you. I noticed that you have posted comments to the page User talk:Theroadislong in a language other than English. At the English-language Wikipedia, we try to use English for all comments. Posting all comments in English makes it easier for other editors to join the conversation and help you. If you cannot avoid using another language, then please provide a translation into English, if you can. If you cannot provide a translation, please go to the list of Wikipedias, look in the list for a Wikipedia that is in your language, and edit there instead of here. For more details, see Wikipedia:Talk page guidelines. Thank you. Theroadislong (talk) 07:12, 22 April 2025 (UTC)
Welcome!
Hello, Anatolijs Vinstons Mailss, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.
I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.
To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.
One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)
In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

If you need help, visit the Teahouse, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}}
before the question. Again, welcome! CF-501 Falcon (talk · contribs) 17:26, 20 April 2025 (UTC)

Request reason:
- Dear Wikipedia administrators,
- I respectfully ask for reconsideration of the indefinite block on my account.
- I understand the importance of neutrality, reliable sourcing, and community standards in Wikipedia. My intention was never to promote myself, but to contribute to the encyclopedia with a well-sourced article based on independently published materials.
- The draft I submitted was supported by:
- - A published monograph with ISBN, cataloged in the National Library of Latvia;
- - Confirmation from an independent Latvian publisher;
- - Recognition by a cultural institution on an official website;
- - Multilingual documentation and references.
- I fully acknowledge that some formatting issues (such as inline citations) need improvement, and I am willing to make all necessary corrections in good faith, following Wikipedia’s guidance.
- Please consider lifting the block or allowing limited editing access to improve the article with community support.
- With sincere respect,
- Anatolijs Vinstons Mailss

Decline reason:
Your promoting yourself is only one small aspect of the block. Aside from needing to address those other issues, you won't be unblocked to edit about yourself. 331dot (talk) 19:48, 22 April 2025 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
