Also, I'd second (third) the note above about tagging userspace drafts with U5, especially those on a subpage. Generally it's best to tag them with G11 if they are screamingly promotional, or just leave them be if they could reasonably be considered an attempt at a draft, even if the subject isn't likely to be notable. Sorry for replying a bit late, but after looking around a bit I would like to have no more word on this matter. As written in Wikipedia, Hezbollah is seen as an extremist organization, to the point of being called a terrorist group, and since then I haven't seen more reliable sources recently that disagree with that statement, it should be seen that way.
