  Comment: Unfortunately, "Passing" NPP is immaterial to AFD discussions, it's just the opinion of one user, just as the AFD discussion contains the opinions of numerous users. The US Soccer Federation is a clear WP:PRIMARY source, which can be fine to use for various purposes but never for establishing notability.
