- File:Jacob Bledsoe ACSO.png (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Palmetto252 ( | contribs | uploads | upload log).
Fails WP:NFCC#1 and WP:NFCC#8, not to mention that fails WP:BLPCRIME issues, where the subject is still presumed innocent at this point. (CC) Tbhotch™ 00:54, 11 May 2025 (UTC)
- This image being included in the article should not be perceived as an accusation. Jacob Bledsoe was *involved* in the incident, as evidenced by available bodycam footage. Being *involved* does not necessarily equate to being *guilty*. Palmetto252 (talk) 01:25, 11 May 2025 (UTC)
- @Palmetto252: Please, read WP:NFCC and provide a rationale on why the files satisfy all the ten points and then are to be kept (this applies to all 4 files below). Non-free content is not added for decorative purposes. If the persons are involved in Mast's death, it is still unclear why these people's faces need to be illustrating an article about a person's death. (CC) Tbhotch™ 03:40, 11 May 2025 (UTC)

- File:ACSO September 2024 Statement - Stuart Chad Mast.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Palmetto252 ( | contribs | uploads | upload log).
Fails WP:NFCC#1. The text can be easily mentioned and summarized in the article. The file itself is merely decorating the page. (CC) Tbhotch™ 00:55, 11 May 2025 (UTC)

See c:Commons:Deletion requests/File:Frederick Douglass Statue.jpg. Plausible case for fair use with the right template. Magog the Ogre (t • c) 01:33, 11 May 2025 (UTC)
- Keep, and please add the right template. I recall recently reading a WMF statement that U.S. panorama laws do not have to be upheld on Wikipedia (can someone link that, thanks). Randy Kryn (talk) 10:26, 11 May 2025 (UTC)
