Repeated citeation spamming to commerical websites

The loft conversion (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loft_conversion) is suffering repeat citeation spamming with links to convertlofts.com, starlightloftconversions.com and and loftplan.co.uk which are commerical companies offering loft conversions. A user with the IP 86.12.51.115 has removed links to a non commerical website that were added by a trusted user. It is a self-published book and has been added to 54 articles by the same editor.

Seems there was some serious copywrite concerns with this site, however the owner himself states "..lyrics are coming from the LyricFind Data Base.." which makes the content from this site simply aggregated from another, more reliable source (fails WP:EL). Site also promotes anonymous submission of lyrics via a form (lyricsnmusic.com/submissions/new), this most certainly violates copywrites. Moreover Its WP:LINKSPAM added in apparent violation of Conflict of interest and anti-spam guidelines. Bobby Stark`Founder = Bstark247 (talk · contribs). The External Links policy on Advertising and conflicts of interest states explicitly; "you should avoid linking to a site that you own, maintain, or represent—even if WP guidelines seem to imply that it may otherwise be linked." and is in line with WP's conflict-of-interest guidelines. Additionaly Wikipedia is WP:NOT a vehicle for advertising and by spamming their own website violates one Wikipedia's main pillars, which is neutrality (NPOV). Lastly, since this user has no other contributions other than spamming links to their own website for several days straight, the policy Wikipedia:BLOCK#Disruption could also be applied here;

This user has twice inserted a fairly large amount of promotional-sounding text into the Steve Mariotti article. I first discovered this aroung 2011-04. I suspect the text is being added by the subject, an agent/associate, or a "reputation management" company. Regardless, it's promoting a consulting/speaking business and is not a legitimate use of Wikipedia.

The person's latest ploy--perhaps in response to various requests for sources--is to add a bunch of links to the subject's personal site and a subject-written blog on HuffingtonPost.

I've tried to edit out the cruft/promo stuff, but the user is reverting my changes (albeit not rapidly).

It's possible the current user in question is a reincarnation of the "Essye.klempner" account used in 2011.

The source comes from Variety magazine which is extremely reputable. The transmission of records is accurate - I have compared it with lists in actual Variety magazine. It also corresponds with figures contained in such publications as Aubrey Solomon's book on Twentieth Century Fox and Reel facts : the movie book of records by Cobbett Steinberg. Serious WP:LINKSPAMING of a Blog, which violates our External links Policy and fails Wikipedias Reliable Source guidelines. As of this post this user has added over 856 links to a blogspot domain with roughly 12 pages (1950-162) in about a week or so. Wikipedia is not a repository of links, and additions to multiple pages of this ferrocity are cleary intended to populate wikipedia with this link, rather than verify our content... For example;

The statement;
The problem is that all the content and images has been Scraped (Blog scraping) and is Copywritten by Variety magazine and are behind a paywall. There is no evidence of copyright permission or fair-use disclaimers so per WP:COPYRIGHT (external Web site appears to be carrying work in violation of the creator's copyright). Template:OD I can see that there is already a wholesale campaign to remove this information, which is likely the standard procedure, but this issue was hardly even been discussed before the removal started. Isn't there a process to create an exception to black-listed sites that do have some intrinsic value? What is more disturbing was the immediate piling on of administrators with some very "rough" language directed to a user on his/her talk page, who has tried to explain what the intentions were for adding the information and that there was an effort to validate the source information and background of the website. Perhaps a little less virulent note left on the user's talk page would be appreciated; especially since there was no intent to vandalize, just an honest effort to add relevant information.
